Warranty:
Our products are provided a warranty of 18 months period after shipment.In this period,the products would be free of charge repaired or exchanged for new ones due to the quality,on condition that they are properly used according to instructions.
The following conditions, it still need to charge for the repair although in warranty
1 Responsible for shipment of the defective or transporting fell to the ground, installs not right, created breakdown, damage.
2 Responsible for the connecting machine defective.
3 The defective and damage for fire,salt water,corrosion gas,unnormal voltage and other natural disasters such as the earthquake,the thunder,the wind and the flood
4 Any unauthorized attempt to repair the product(s) by the customer, or any unauthorized modifications by the customer .In addition, this warranty does not apply to products that have been subjected to abuse or operated in environments that exceed their design specifications.
5 The defective and damage for not deferred to the application method and attentions on our data sheets.
Repair period:
1 5~7 working days during the warranty period.
2 10~15 working days outside the warranty period
